Name, email, property details you provide, and billing information (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers). We use this to create and host your guidebooks and to bill you. We don't sell your data.
Guest first names appear in guidebook links as a URL parameter (e.g. ?guest=Sarah) so the audio welcome can be personalized. We do not store guest names in a database. Rendered audio files derived from common first names may be cached to avoid re-generation. Hosts are responsible for having the right to use a guest's name this way; guests can always use the guidebook without a name in the link.
Guidebook text is processed by our AI provider (text generation) and voice provider (audio generation). Payments run on Stripe. Hosting is on Google Firebase. Each processes data only to provide their service.
We currently run no analytics beyond standard hosting logs. If we add privacy-respecting usage analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.
Email us to access, correct, export, or delete your data — we comply within 30 days. EU/UK/Canadian residents have rights under GDPR/PIPEDA; deletion requests remove guidebooks and cached audio derived from them.
