Guidefastly creates and hosts digital guest guidebooks for short-term rental properties, including AI-generated content and AI-generated audio. You (the host) are responsible for reviewing your guidebook and confirming its accuracy before sharing it with guests — especially access codes, safety information, and house rules.
You confirm you have the right to share the property information you give us. You keep ownership of your content; you give us permission to store, process, and display it to operate the service (including sending text to AI and voice providers for generation).
Generated text and audio may contain errors. Guidefastly is a drafting and delivery tool, not a source of truth — always review before publishing. We are not liable for consequences of unreviewed or inaccurate guidebook content.
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe — $9/month for one property, $19/month for up to five. Your guidebook is generated after payment. Cancel anytime in one click; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. The price shown on the site is the full price.
No illegal content, no spam, no using the service for properties you don't manage, no abusing the demo or generation systems. We can suspend accounts that do these things.
Service is provided "as is" without warranties; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; we'll notify account holders by email of material changes.
